Why don't you have three of the best places to eat low sodium meals?
They are:
1. Mimi's cafe (fit fare meals) and two grocery stores with prepared meals.
2. Fresh & Easy and Trader Joes.

If you want to make your own salt-free sausage at home, or have someone make it for you, Wassi's Meat Market in Melbourne, Fl makes their own salt free sausage seasonings. You can get Salt-Free Breakfast Sausage, Italian Sausage and Kielbasa, as well as Hot Breakfast & Italian. They make up the seasoning on a per order basis. NO SALT, NO PRESERVATIVES> try them out at www.wassis.com
